How You Can Participate:

You can choose the level of involvement that works for your team.

Option 1: Unmanaged listings (default)

Your studies available on clinicaltrials.gov are automatically searchable on OntarioStudies Connect

Participant interest is tracked and available as part of the provincial portal insights

Recruitment management tracking is not available

Option 2: Managed studies (opt-in)

Reach out to us to manage your study's public listing through the Researcher Platform.

With the platform, you can:

Update your study details to keep information accurate and current

Receive and track expressions of interest through the Recruitment Board

Support recruitment with tools such as:

Pre-screening surveys for recruitment
Custom recruitment forms and workflows
Team collaboration for managing recruitment and consent activities

Your study team can access these interested individuals within the researcher platform
You may follow-up directly with potential participants to begin (pre-)screening
